Main Dishes:

Each main dish is 600g and yields 2 x 300g serves.

Beef Brisket

“Slow cooked beef brisket with mushroom & onion gravy.”

Hungarian Beef Goulash

Chicken Coconut Curry

“A mild chicken curry with coconut, broccoli & bok choy.”

Sweet & Sour Pork

Sweet Potato Curry

“A vegetarian sweet potato curry with Thai spices.”

Ingredients: Sweet Potato, onion, ginger, garlic, chilli sauce, coconut oil, turmeric, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, cloves, coconut milk, vegetable stock, flour.

Vegetable Tagine

“Vegetables & chickpeas in a lightly spiced tomato sauce.”

Ingredients: Chickpea, tomato, onion, garlic, carrot, potato, sweet potato, salt, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, apricot, vegetable stock, lemon juice, parsley.
